Return / Exchange

  • We have a very friendly Return/Exchange policy.
  • We take utmost care to make sure that you are more than satisfied with the product that you receive. In case you still wish to return, you may do so, simply email us at .
  • We have a 2 days Return/Exchange policy, which means that you need to inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order post which no returns will be entertained.
  • If you claim that the product is defective, we will need images and videos of the said defect.
  • Make sure that while returning, the product is in the condition as received along with the bill.
  • Return/Exchange will not be accepted for customized products.
  • Once the product reaches us, we will initiate your complete refund/exchange
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be processed back to your bank account.
  • And in case of COD orders, you will have to provide us with your bank account details in order for us to initiate your refund.
  • Refund usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Return/Exchange for international orders won’t be accepted.
